В настоящий момент Боровицкий заключен под стражу, ему предъявлено обвинение по ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере). Санкции по данной статье предусматривают до десяти лет лишения свободы. Следственные действия продолжаются.
